"Alex is not only the most professional and knowledgeable person you can trust your home upholstery with, he’s reliable and kind. When I first reached out to Alex we had a range of surfaces that needed attention, our couch was shipped from the UK and uses an uncommon fabric. He looked into the material and explained how he’d have to approach it and what chemicals he would and wouldn’t use. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things, this made me very comfortable and seemed like such a joy for Alex. He didn’t seem burdened by explaining the process. Alex also cleaned our carpets and showed us what he’d been able to lift. He’s very thorough and checks for stains that you can’t see, whether from animals, spills, children or unknown. I reached out again when I got a new couch and max showed up and also did a great job, doing half the couch first shows the before and after, the difference was worth the price! "I found Alex on instagram. He was very easy to communicate with and responsive. I scheduled a couch and three bar chair cleaning with him. All my furniture had some dye transfer which Alex warned me about before the cleaning and helped set my expectations. I’ve used Alex now twice, initially just called him to clean my couches and while chatting, he mentioned he also does carpet/rug cleaning! After a few weeks, I called him back and he did two rugs upstairs but the main focus was our downstairs rug!
